I’ve been thinking about how often we say, “I’m fine.”
I’ve said it too—sometimes honestly, sometimes because it’s easier than slowing down.
During the pandemic, everything stopped for me. I was always busy, always rushing, and the pause forced me to listen.
I realized my body wasn’t working against me—it was communicating with me. The tension, fatigue, and overwhelm were signals.
That changed how I care for myself and how I support my patients and coaching clients.
As an osteopath and cancer coach, I often see this:

My hope is that you pause and ask:
“What might my body be trying to tell me?”
Healing often begins with listening.
