Welcome
Your pain didn't start with your diagnosis. It doesn't have to end when treatment does.
Chronic pain and cancer are deeply connected — many people are already living with pain before diagnosis, and it often continues long after treatment ends, even when the scans come back clear. I help you work with pain at every stage: before, during, and after cancer.
My Approach
Treating the Whole Pain Picture
Pain is rarely random, and for people facing cancer, it's rarely simple. It can be the ache that was there before diagnosis and never got explained. It can be pain from treatment itself. It can be tension that lingers long after your medical team has moved on. I work with all of it — not as separate problems, but as one connected story your body has been trying to tell.
Cancer coaching is at the center of this work. Together, we explore what your body has been holding — physically and emotionally — since before diagnosis, through treatment, and into whatever comes after. Osteopathic treatment supports this work directly: hands-on techniques to release tension, ease pain, and restore mobility, so healing happens in the body and the story at the same time.

Your Coach
I'm Jennifer Lynch, an Osteopathic practitioner and Cancer coach with over a decade of experience working with the body. My own journey through pain I didn't understand taught me that our bodies are always communicating — and that learning to listen changes everything.
Today, I help people living with cancer and chronic illness reconnect with their bodies, understand their patterns, and feel steadier in the choices they make alongside their care team. Whether you prefer learning at your own pace, guided coaching, or hands-on care, I’m here to help you take the next step toward lasting health.
