My Story

My journey into healing began in my own body.

From childhood into adulthood, I experienced recurring lower back pain, leg pain, and digestive issues that would come and go during different phases of my life. I didn't yet understand why — I only knew my body was trying to tell me something.

That curiosity led me to become an osteopath. Through years of hands-on work, I began to notice a powerful pattern: many physical symptoms weren't just structural, but deeply connected to unresolved emotions, chronic stress, and experiences the body had learned to hold onto.

I recognized this because I had lived it myself.

This understanding shifted my approach to healing. I came to see that true healing isn't about fixing the body, but listening to it — working with both the physical and emotional layers rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Today, I support clients through osteopathy and mind–body coaching, with a focus on cancer support and whole-person wellness. Together, we explore how emotions show up in the body, how suppression can turn into pain, and how healing becomes possible when we work from the inside out.

My mission is to help people move beyond simply managing symptoms and into a deeper relationship with their bodies — one rooted in awareness, trust, and self-connection.
