Lately, I’ve noticed something about myself: sometimes I need to be alone, to step away from noise and busyness, and just sit with my sadness. It’s not always easy, but it’s deeply healing.
I’ve learned that giving myself this quiet time—without distractions or expectations—helps me feel my feelings fully and reconnect with my body and heart. It’s in these moments of stillness that I find clarity, peace, and strength I didn’t know I had.
Ways to Honour Your Quiet This Month:

Allow yourself small moments to be alone and feel what’s there 🌿

Breathe deeply and notice your body and heart 🌬️

Write in your journal—don’t censor, just let your feelings flow ✍️
